From a coach's wish to a real-time platform.
In high-performance sport, the margins that matter are small, and you can only see them in the data. The program's tools couldn't keep up.
The challenge
Every shot was entered by hand. Rosters were duplicated across files, linked sheets (IMPORTRANGE) broke as the data grew, and nobody had live numbers in the room when roster decisions were made.
What we built
- One relational database behind the whole program.
- Several coaches and staff work in it at the same time.
- Designed mobile-first, for use rinkside where decisions get made.
The result
- No more hand transcription into spreadsheets
- One source of truth instead of duplicated rosters
